Our prices are overnight stay prices – including an abundant breakfast buffet – which actually include an all-round-service with a broad service offer. And lots of genuine Tyrolean hospitality.

Our room prices are per person and day and include a delicious breakfast buffet with much fresh and healthy produce from local farmers. The prices for our apartments include overnight stay for the relevant number of people indicated, hand and shower towels, bath towels for Bergquell, kitchen towels, dishes and cookware, all energy costs as well as daily room service. All prices include free use of our active and relaxation facilities.

Not included in the prices are the visitor's tax, which is EUR 1.60 per person and day (children up to 15 free) from November to April and EUR 1,30 from May until October, and the costs for Wireless LAN, phone costs, final cleaning costs, as well as compensation in the event of loss or damage of inventory.

• Extra charge for breakfast buffet when you are staying in one of our apartments: EUR 10.00 per person and day.
• One-time fee for final apartment cleaning: EUR 40.00
• Child discount for children who sleep in their parent’s room:
  Children up to 6 years of age: 80%, children from 7 to 12 years 20% discount (valid for classic and premium double bedroom)
  
• Price for additional beds in the apartments: Children up to 6 years EUR 9,00 per day, 7 to 12 years EUR 15,00 per day, from 13 years EUR 20,00 per day.
• Single room supplement: The supplement for using a double bedroom as a single is 50% of the stated day rate.
• Bath robes: We are happy to provide you a cosy bath robe for your relaxing stay at the apartment-B&B Viktoria Soelden. Fee for the duration of your stay: EUR 5.00
• Booking formalities: You will receive a binding booking confirmation once we received your deposit according to our reservation confirmation.
• Payments from abroad: without cost for recipient to our account at the Sparkasse Imst, IBAN: AT 232050200000814632, BIC: SPIMAT21.
• National payments: Kto.Nr. 0000-814632 at Sparkasse Imst (BLZ 20502). We would ask you to pay the remainder either prior to your arrival via bank transfer or the very latest the day before you departure in cash or per EC-debit card (Maestro), Mastercard or Visa (please check your card limits).
• Check-in to your apartment and room: your room / apartment is available on your arrival day as of 2 pm. We would ask you to vacate your room/apartment before 10.00 am on departure day.
• Cancellation conditions: If you cancel your stay up to 2 months prior to arrival, then you receive your deposit back minus an administration fee of EUR 25.00 per apartment. If you cancel up to 21 days prior to arrival then we will charge you for a 3 nights stay. If you cancel any later than that date, are a no-show, later arrival or if you leave earlier, then we will charge you 90% of the booked apartment price. If we are able to rent your apartment on, then we will not charge any cancellation costs, however, we will still have to charge an administration fee of EUR 25.00.
