SKI FUN AND A SNOWBOARDING PASS IN SÖLDEN

Enjoy plenty of safe skiing and snowboarding fun on the slopes of Sölden.

Sölden is the definition of pure winter sports. As one of Europe’s most popular ski and snowboard locations, Sölden in Austria offers a great range of slopes for all levels. The ski centre also stands out with its quick and comfortable lifts and short queuing times. On top of this, there’s also the Giggijoch BASE Winter Park, the race course or the mogul pistes. There’s ski fun to be found for everyone!

The winter ski area is linked to both glacier ski areas via the Golden Gate to the Glacier lift. The lift will take you and other skiers directly up to the glaciers at 3,340m.
It also guarantees lots of snow fun right from the start of October and long into the spring!

Insider tip: the longest slope runs from the Schwarze Schneid on the Rettenbach glacier, with 15km of snow and an elevation drop of 1,900m to the valley below. Spectacular!

Sölden has a network of very comfortable lifts, which take you directly to 144km of freshly prepared pistes, perfect for every level. Performance focused winter sports junkies have the opportunity to compete at competitions, like the Adrenalin Cup, Skiline-Profil and BIG 3 Rally. Tourists looking more for a bit of fun can switch between the fun slopes and work on their style in the snow park.

The “Diamond of the Alps”, the Obergurgl, and the neighbouring Hochgurgl, attract beginners and professionals alike. Carve and weave your way down 110km of the finest groomed pistes. Whilst snowboarders and freeskiers can let off steam to their heart’s content in the ultimate snow park! And everyone has the chance to enjoy the breathtaking views in the panorama bar Top Mountain Star at over 3,000 metres.
